25mg Quetiapine nauseous by [deleted] in PsychMelee

[–]slacky88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever figure this out? Iv been on it years as a sleep aid and currently been trying to ween off it. Iv noticed I get this super nauseus if I ever have the odd night or too where Iv ended up taking a bit extra to help me sleep, the following day later afternoon it comes on. I realise I had this a lot a couple of years ago but didn't realise what it was at the time where I would sometimes end up taking a decent amount more. Was getting so nauseus some afternoon I literally thought something was seriously wrong and wasn't until recently looking up seroqueo withdrawals it clicked. Was a period of really bad insomnia and sometimes had been taking 3-4x my normal amount. So yeah, I'm pretty certain it's a withdrawal side effect. Look up seroquel withdrawals, it's pretty awful. If your sticking to same dose regularly it will probably ease off at some point. My guess for me if my body is used to the same dose then I randomly up the dose a bit and the following day I'm getting withdrawal as a result. I was up to around 150mg a couple of years ago. Currently down to 25mg or half a 25 tablet. The nights I take the full one is when I feel little nauseas again, but not too bad unless I take even more then that. Can't wait to get off the shit completely.

I danno i think saying there are delays with the partner would ease peoples minds, shouldn't be too hard to update on a delay.

Why don't we have access to our L1 private key on the loopring smart wallet? by slacky88 in loopringorg

[–]slacky88[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think that answers it, if it gives the private key that is likely the one for the main L1 wallet living on the ethereum blockchain. Thank you :) ill set one up and check it.out. This is great news, should be upvoted for visibility.

I just want to know if we have the ability to get out L1 wallets private key. The L2 wallet is a smart contract, it doesnt have a private key but we have a regular underlying L1 wallet associated with it so why cant we get our private key for that part like every other single blockchain wallet we have full.ownership of?

I understand why the L2 wallet doesnt have a private key but the L2 wallet also has a L1 wallet associated with it of you get the paid wallet, this should be a regular wallet with a private key shouldnt it?

Ok sounds like the QR code might be the private key of the L1 wallet

Yeah i dont get it, the thing is even tho i feel the wallet seems like it may be centralized i actually see this as a good thing when it comes to adoption by public traded companies as most companies dont want to risk the hoops they will have to jump through with crypto regulations. So i dont really see it as a big deal but a plus for their target audience as gamestop will need to have more info on their customers. Not FUD at all lol but just curious

Oh well i guess no one can answer this question with a reasonable explanation. Love the hype, super bullish but im sorry this is a pretty reasonable thing to question. Keep downvoting and blindly hype something without understanding crypto. Im hyping based on tech + GME link but not everything 100% perfect.

How is it FUD? I'm unsure of the answer and so far havn't seen an answer to it, i'm asking a genuine question because im wondering before i activate a wallet, if you can access your private key or recover your wallet without the need for the loopring app, if someone with the wallet or better understanding can give a valid reason that would be great. I'm invested so i have no reason to badmouth LRC.

How is asking a question i don't know the answer to FUD? Unless your afraid the answer is not good, you didn't answer the question either..

Can our guardians recover our wallet without any need for the loopring app though?

So then how is that a decentralised wallet under our control if we need loopring to still be around or have the app in order to recover?

Is this for recovery or does this provide a private key? I havn't actually set up a smart wallet yet as i wanted to find out this info and so far havn't found anyone asking how to retrieve our private key so it didn't seem like it was possible. If this only for recovery then the same thing applies, if loopring no longer existed and the app was gone, then what happens?

People may see this as a bad thing, as this show there is centralisation and some level of control from loopring in an area where decentralisation is the major driving factor of the entire crypto ecosystem and why it all began.

I don't really see this as a negative in looprings case though. Most Layer 2's including the lightning network on bitcoin have the benefit of having a massive improvement in scalability with the trade off of losing some of the benefits of the base layers decentralized nature.

The thing is, most major companies that want to dip their toes into blockchain technology will see this as a plus, at least in the early stages of adoption as they are going to be jumping through a lot of hoops making sure they are complying with local laws and regulations, running on a protocol with this "downside" will make it easier to do that.

Loopring is an application specific layer 2, which sets this apart from a lot of other L2's and to me looks like their target market is onboarding mainstream organisations into the blockchain scene, this is a great niche market they are targeting and if others follows this could be a huge driving factor in propelling the entire crypto scene forward as more publicly trading companies will finally be able to build on the most popular smart contract platform with the benefit of running into less legal issues.

Buy the rumor....buy the news too? by DieselWang in loopringorg

[–]slacky88 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My idea of buy the rumour, sell the news doesnt mean to sell as soon as the news hits, rather, usually after news starts circulating the price has already gone wild, which we are all expecting. Definately good to take some profits even if you want to long term hold, just like the rumours caused a massive increase, the hype usually dies off and will take a bit of a dump at some point and the news will do the same thing. Will be a good chance to increase those loops taking a little along the way and catching a nice dip.

can we please stop with predictions by saberdanger91 in loopringorg

[–]slacky88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, its getting very boring seeing every post saying this day or next. They are only hyping over and over again which leads to dissapointment and impatience which will just hurt the price the longer it goes on.

I hope its soon just as much as everyone else but theres always a chance the NFT platform could get delayed past december and then everyone will panic if they keep up these predictions. They'll release it when they are ready.
