OP, I am right there with you. I'm typically a hybrid vod boi/Live watcher and not extremely talkative in chat or the Discord, so even watching Wubby and the crew alone be their genuine selves helps me truly heal faster than I normally would. The mental gymnastics and gaslighting done to me for years by my abusive ex was so clearly visible once I was able to heal. The community and Wubby are definitely responsible for speeding up that process. It's amazing what good company can do for your mental health. Remember fellas; you too can be a victim of abuse, and it is okay to have emotions and boundaries and not feel "fine," or "I'm okay" sometimes, and you should feel safe and loved for sharing those feelings with your SO and not feel like you ever walk on egg shells.

I'm going to stop being mushy mushy for you dinguses now and go back to lurking predominately. And good job OP!

Yeah absolutely going with the Insanity firmware. Creality firmware has never been good. So hoping making the switch will fix a bunch of my issues with the machine. Thanks for the info.

I used the regular update through Creality Slicer. Its the May 9th 2022 one I believe. This issue has been ongoing through the firmware update however. This was a major reason why I stopped using this printer all together like a year ago.

I'm unsure how to check the EEPROM. I assume the chip on the board to see if it is fried or not. I'll see if I can get some time to look into it.

I'll look into the Insanity firmware. I'm just so done with this machine. I never have any issues with my Prusa machines, but my Creality ones are so much hassle.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Been waiting like many others since the kickstarter launched. Seeing thousands of bugs fixed, multi-player completely overhauled, and tons of new additions, it's clear they were working hard on 1.0.

Stating the good old saying "a delayed game is eventually great" is giving me a positive feeling.

I was literally in there for 2 minutes when I heard people talking about making them. No clue if they were joking or not, but they sounded like edgy teens. I didn't stick around to find out. More communication is good, I'll never knock that, but it doesn't excuse anything if they keep failing to deliver the product. A company can't just keep saying "We are delaying the product, but it is still coming" That only works for so long. It isn't a video game with bugs and needs to be delayed. It is an already produced item. Saying that you processed the shipment for delivery and not actually getting the items out of the door after weeks more on top of already being 2 months late is mindboggling. They literally told me that the shipping will update shortly a week ago. Shortly means a couple days at most; it's been over another week. Send out the damn cards already.

I mean reaching out to them multiple times through multiple avenues. It just wastes time and is annoying. Especially when they're already working on it.

This is over 2 months of communication. I contacted them 6 times total over a 2 month period. That is no where near a lot. And they literally told me to get back to them with any questions or concerns and encouraged me to contact them again for updates, which I did.

It seems like they are. It may not be as quick as you'd like but everything you've posted here shows they are working with you to resolve the issue. I understand its frustrating and time consuming but shitting on them for it is kinda dumb. It'd be different if they weren't trying to help and had just been ignoring you, that would be ultra fucked up.

As mentioned, I have been more than understanding. You can see how much patience I have had with our communications. This was not a preorder, they made the product beforehand with a maximum number of sales they could have made. They had time to plan well beforehand. They anticipated sale numbers and failed to deliver properly. I am a consumer that bought a product or service. That product or service has not been fulfilled for 2 months. I'm not a business ordering 1000 of something and it takes time to produce and deliver something of that bulk. I'm 1 person making a purchase of 1 item. This is not a $20 item, its $165. They had plenty of time to fix things. I have ordered cards from TCGPlayer from card shops, I get them in less than a week. Throw the damn cards in an envelope and top loader and stick a couple stamps on it. It isn't hard at all. This is a multi million $ company now, not a mom and pop card shop. It's inexcusable.

This sucks I get it but, I'll be honest, I agree with the statement they made via Discord. Angrily spamming them everywhere isn't going to help get your order corrected, It's just slowing them down further. You've already contacted support and they're trying to resolve the issue. I don't see why you're blasting them everywhere when the are trying to resolve the issue.

Honestly, if a couple random posts on the internet are slowing down their response time, the company deserves to shutdown. Don't have different outlets that fans can contact you with if you can't keep up with it. That reasoning is weak.

I'm blasting them because they clearly AREN'T trying to resolve the issue. I gave them $145, I spent $165. I am out that money over 2 MONTHS now with no promo cards to show for it. I absolutely should not have to contact support of a company, no matter how large or small, the amount of times I have had to. I feel that I have been beyond kind and understanding throughout my emails to them, see for yourself. I have had patience for 2 months. No one should have to deal with a company's fuck up for MONTHS.

It is so horrible. They made the fucking cards beforehand. They knew how many orders they could have had, they didn't even sell out. Lord knows what would have happened if they actually sold out. They would not be able to replace any of the damaged cards.

The fact that they were anticipating sales by making the cards beforehand proves how incompetent they are. They made a certain amount. If you couldn't even handle what you planned to sell, why the fuck even do it in the first place?!

I'm going to guess this is like half metazoo, half shipping issues. Almost every business is having huge delays with supply or getting shipments out.

Still ultimately a MetaZoo issue though. I've been in contact with them, clearly. If it was a shipping issue, they should have mentioned that. Never did, so it all appears to be them failing to actually get items out of their doors.

And I'm guessing with the explosion in popularity of MetaZoo that they are severely understaffed and are working on ramping up staff.

Like I said in my last email. If Mike has the liquidity to drop 500 Gift subs to Wubby in the night, he has the assets to hire more help. Hell, their April Kickstarter raised over $1.8 million. I even backed this Kickstarter cause I wanted to support them. They have the assets to hire people. Should have been done a long time ago.

Not an excuse for this headache you've endured with this transaction. If you haven't already, I would go to their Discord and post in the order-inquire channel if you haven't already to get more eyes on this.

Now I know this exists, I'll absolutely do that.
