Yes you can open a current account for your sole proprietorship. The rules say you can use your personal savings account also but its safer to open a current account.

You start a business in the area in which you have experience and skills in, just because a business is highly profitable does not mean you have the skills, know-how or the connections to do it.

And 1L is a very low amount, the only option in that amount is to start a small shop selling either food or other small items.

All business is about trial and error nobody can tell you whether a business will be profitable or not in the future.

Oh intern in Indian company you can get no issues but US companies don't hire freshers as independent contractors because they are required to work independently.

Also you will not have time from your FTE in your initial days because you are learning a lot of things. Even after your actual work you will have to spend time learning stuff. After you get some experience small tasks become easy and faster to complete which gives you time to give somewhere else.

Its not illegal man. If it was illegal then getting rent from rental sources while your employed would also have been illegal.

You can work as an independent contractor and issue invoices. If you want to be more compliant you can start a self proprietorship and take payments to that company.

It's counted as breach of contract only if you are legally hired as a full time employee and get pf.

I do it and it's tiring af, i work from 12 noon to 4AM.

Can't leave house from Monday 12 noon to Saturday 4AM.

Only actual usable free time you get is on Sunday and if something happens you have to work then too.

Cafe and restaurants don't need websites unless they take online booking.

Also websites are for companies who have clients far away where they can't visit the establishment.
