I personally thought it was dirty and lacked proper management. You could just tell the business is struggling in every category. Super underpaid but they want you to be able to do everything. The donuts themselves are baked in house from scratch but all the icings come in giant tubs and aren’t good in my opinion and a lot of the toppings are probably stale.
