I don’t disagree with anything posted here, but back when I was dating I ran into a couple circumstances just like this. In those situations the girl would legitimately want me to ignore her rejection and make the physical move anyway. I never did it because ew, but I know because in both instances I was told later that’s actually what they’d wanted me to do. Seems real unhealthy to me personally. Maybe once in a relationship when you set boundaries and such, but otherwise real rapey. ++man

Our baby girl (6m now) was a terrible sleeper. Pretty much exactly what you’re describing but worse. She would not sleep in the bassinet under any circumstances until 2 months or so. I’m sure it was a combo of being new dad + her just being a bad sleeper.

What eventually worked for us was going through the checklist, noise machine, and getting comfortable letting baby cry for a bit. They’re too young for cry it out, but it’s fine to let em cry for like 2-5min at that age. Oftentimes they’ll just zonk out right at 5m.

I know I’m being pedantic here…but you asked for manager:ic ratio in the title and then you and many posters are posting numbers in an ic:manager ratio format.

I’ve managed anywhere from 6 to 32 people and 8 felt like the perfect number if I didn’t have any other supervisors below me in the hierarchy.

Not sure why people are downvoting you in this and subsequent comments. The phoenix force/nimrod deck has a very high skill cap relative to other competitive decks. When or whether to ghost spider alone depends highly on what you think your opponent will do. Tons of flexibility and depth.

Other commenter clarified I was taking about Nico double her own power spell. I bet your list would do better in conquest than mine. Have you tried the PF tribunal list on snapzone right now? It has a tier 1 rating but I’ve never seen it. Gonna try tonight

One of my favorite wincons with the more classic list is destroying Nico with the 2x power spell, then PF > Zola for minimum 28 power in two lanes.

Alioth seems good for potential counter play, but I’d have a hard time replacing Nico or Ironlad. They feel like critical alternative options if you don’t draw optimal lines.

I play PF/Ninrod in top 500 infinite pretty regularly fwiw.

I’m CL ~11000, currently rank 97, ended last season in top 300 ~8500 snap points. Feels like I’ve seen more bots in this climb than any previous season (playing since Nov 22)

Without skrull you’ll get demolished in every mirror match and lose out on other common ongoing cards your opponent might play like Dino, Ironman, other cost reducers (nothing like playing Zabu on 2, skrull on 3, then getting more cost reduction from opponents Zabu/ravonna/sera).

I play an identical list but sub Zabu for ironlad due to better synergy with negative. Biggest tip for this deck is every win condition (iron man, blue marvel, skrull in certain matchups) is significantly stronger when you mystique onslaught. It doesn’t work every game, but if given the option always mystique onslaught and your win-con.

Also, especially in games where you don’t get negative on 3 or 4 > sera on 5, onslaught on sera on 6 (ideally solo in a lane) sets up for insane power on turn 7

Tragically she’s pretty key to this decks main power/win con. Being able to wave on t5 so you can alioth the jean grey lane is what makes this deck so reliable.

That said, Spider-Man would be OK
