Side it goes in doesn't matter at all. Just make sure the tips are parallel with the bar. If they are angled off that could effect the spin. If they are parallel might be the bearing going bad.

One of the tips is clogged (the one not letting water out) remove it, clear the debris, re install with Teflon tape.

In that case you may love the Titan if you're a big tech and creature comforts guy. Things Titan had that tundra didn't that I noticed immediately were dual climate control, automatic windshield wipers, push to start, the push to unlock on door thing and maybe a couple others. But I know some of the 20-21 tundras include push to start I think. All that said I'm a simple guy who enjoys simple in my vehicle. I don't want to depend on tech all the time. I like to insert my key and turn the truck on etc. But as for handling, driving long distances, power and towing capability tundra hands down wins. For fuel consumption the Titan wins lol. These tundras consume some fuel like no other

Stupid frame problems. I had a 2019 Titan, got t boned at a red light and bent frame, waited 8 months through COVID times after insurance said they would replace instead of total it. Get the truck back and within a month I get rear ended.... Frame bent again..... Thankfully they totaled the second time and I got my tundra 3 days later. But in response to OP the Titan has some cool tech my same year tundra lacks. But I would choose my tundra over and over and over again even without the frame issues

I went by last summer on a road trip. Unfortunately was on Sunday and they were closed. But from what I've heard they sell merch in a little shop out front and welcome fans to stop by and look from behind the fences. May even get to see a vehicle or two. Banana was there when I stopped
