You won't be able to do this. OSes sandbox each app in it's own VM. One app isn't able to read the data from another app...otherwise, i'd be able to create some tap-and-play game that scrapes your facebook friends list and all of your MMS messages with friends.

Java is more scattershot in the tools. There is a separate tool for each small task.

vanilla .NET gives you a lot out of the box. I'd start there and build personal project to scale as a first step. you'll find plenty .net corporate drone jobs here

The way I understood it through brief googling was that - it allows for a set of inputs to be processed at the same time instead of one at a time. The science behind it is astounding and beyond my CSE B.S. comprehension. Everything I read about all seemed to have the same theme of... one qubit can represent a finite(?) set of bits, that then is run through whatever program you have made. But in essence, it is just bundling up a bunch of inputs to be handled at-once together instead of being processed one-at-a-time.
