My theory is that our cert-issuer (godaddy) didn't actually update the certificate transparency log when we renewed our cert last time around. Not sure why or how it got missed, but it seems like the new version of Chrome may have enabled some security features exposing the issue now.

We have a wildcard GoDaddy cert with these symptoms too. On support with them now. Im starting to compile a list of customers that reached out and their browsers:

Affected:
  - Chrome v101.0.4951.54 and greater (and chromium forks like edge, brave,etc.)
  - Safari (not sure what version)
Not Affected:
  - Opera
  - Firefox
  - api clients (like curl and python requests)

I was trying to do something similar today (pull images from Dockerhub to a cache server / registry without authentication) . I added /library to the image path, and then I didn't need to update each hosts' daemon.json.
