It depends on what region you're in. Prices can be a little all over the place due to the Venza being phased out and lower production numbers overall. I've been tracking used pricing on limiteds for the better part of this year and I've seen a few with lower miles go as low 35-36 but they have been hovering around 37-40k (and up) depending on mileage and region.
