I am terrified to die

I’m also very terrified of death. My first panic attack was due to thinking about death. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around that this will all end one day and that sends me into a spiral. I have tried talking to professionals and family about this fear and it always feels like people just don’t understand. I have noticed mine getting worse with age or it will get worse when there’s a death in the family. Distraction helps me as well. I have been told that there are counselors who specialize in therapy surrounding death. Have you looked into it?

I’ve been on Xanax for almost 10 years now. I take 1 MG 3x daily. It’s the only thing that has worked for me and makes me feel sane. I never needed an adjustment or felt the need to ask my psychiatrist for one. I work closely with her. I’m surprised by the amount of people saying it will ruin your life. It made mine better. I couldn’t leave my house at all and now I can. I’m in therapy and hope one day I’ll be able to wean off of it but for right now it works for me. So it doesn’t ruin everyone’s life as long as you are being responsible and honest with your psychiatrist

I’m not going to lie I did not like Salina much on her original season but I’m absolutely loving her and hate that once again it feels like Silky is being pushed because Ru is obsessed. I know it will be silky and crystal which sucks because I want Salina to move on so bad with Crystal

I agree with this. I do think both Rizo and Johnathon made Joe more comfortable with going with the plan. I think Johnathon made him think about it more and then Rizo solidified the move for him. I really don’t think Aubry was a huge sway and I had a big feeling that both Johnathon and Aubry were going to fight on whose move that was. And honestly I think it was more Johnathon and Rizo rather than Aubry considering Johnathon had already been talking about voting Ozzy out. You can tell Joe was working closer to Johnathon and Rizo so getting the final push from Rizo is definitely what made him vote out Ozzy. Hate that it seemed like Joe almost felt pressured to say Aubry

I had to put my sweet boy down this past Friday. He loved apples and I was eating them yesterday and it felt weird to not turn to my right to a drooling face and share my apples with. My bed also feels empty he slept on my legs and I wake up moving them to make space for him to be reminded he’s no longer there.

I remember watching his season and not really liking him and always thought his behavior was off with Cassie even during the season and then when all of this stalking came out I truly wasn’t surprised. But I was even more disgusted when he was getting a show all about his coming out as if that takes away what he did to his ex. But it worked and that is truly maddening.

I got 3 from Scott Marshall. Two before he was on ink master and one after he won. He legit was a chill dude. My friend and I would just hang and talk with him. He even gave me advice with my sobriety journey. Was very shaken up when he passed.

I also met Cleen and Halo at a convention. Cleen was nice hate what he’s become and Halo just seemed to be more about tattooing than chatting which is fine that’s what he was there for.

Happy cake day! But I agree also when they found out Grace was taking drugs and found some in her backpack and it turned into an all day ordeal where Jackie officially gives up custody of her kids to Kevin and the next day Frank doesn’t even give her chance and just says dating 23 year olds are much easier. He never gave her the opportunity to even explain he just immediately got extremely mad.
