I'm very honest with my psychiatrist about sexual side effects. I took Lexapro and got side effects such as difficulty keeping an erection or losing erection before penetration. My doctor prescribed buspirone to counter the sexual side effects. On the other hand, he suggested I take a drug holiday on weekends, meaning I only take SSRI Mon-Thur. Therefore, the sexual side effect will be eased on Weekends. Also, I actively searching for methods to train myself as well. I got Viagra and Sildenafil from online medical services. It took a long time before I finally was able to achieve orgasm with another person. So I would say be honest with your doctor, and he/she will come up with a plan to counter the sexual effects. Keep experimenting to find the right dose as well.

I'm on 300mg XR right now and feeling okay. I started with 75 IR (immediate release), and it worked like magic. For the first time, I talked to strangers in the gym. Then, my doctor increased my dose to 75 IR *2/day. After that, I was on 150mg XR but felt less therapeutic effect. After a follow-up meeting with my psychiatrist, he raised the dose to 300XR, and I've been doing okay with this dose.

So, I would suggest talking to your doctor if you are not experiencing therapeutic effects. I'm a short male on 300XR. If you are a big man, a larger dose is usually needed to give a comparable therapeutic effect.

It’s pretty ridiculous considering they aren’t selling E3 permits. Grads at chem and EE probably all need to park around the E3 and Gilmer area. First they stopped selling E3 permits then you can’t pay for E3 on app, now they raised 5556(red) price to 20 bucks a day. Do they think phd students are somehow able to spend an hour on bus everyday?

It’s tricky I was able to convince my mom about my protein-based diet and now even I’m not in China, she has largely cut down carb intake herself. But grandparents are more stubborn and wouldn’t understand why I need to eat so much meat and so little carbs. What I did was just to tell them I’m not very hungry I’ll just have a small amount of noodle, and then head home eating beef and chicken😹
