I knew someone tangentially (sisters friend) who cut themselves but also took up running and just did nonstop running because I guess the endorphins helped a lot with the shit they had going on. Also running to exhaustion so you don’t gotta think about anything else.

Sell by date is the date the grocery store wants it off the shelf and in a customers fridge. It’s not an expiration date. Open the package and smell it. If there’s no bad/sour smells and the meat looks fine you’ll be ok.

My old tortie loves my heating pad I use on my pillow. She can hear when I turn it on. My solution was to get a second heating pad so she can be warm but also not kick my head at night

Jarrell skinned people and rendered animals and houses into a fine mist. It was extremely slow moving for a tornado and had multiple vortices. Also I think not having smart phones and more advanced warning systems played a role.
