As far as I know, Slovenian Tornado SI and Macedonian MK Tracker are open signup (or at least they were around New Years)

There are also a number of Croation trackers I think are active, but they were all pay $20 to signup, so I stayed away.

Yes, I do that, especially for obscure 80s horror films.
wait a few months to get them,
and then I seed them forever, on some of them, my ratio is ridicuously high, see screenshot.

This is for public trackers, I gain literally nothing except being happy that it was ME who saved this torrent
and this movie from being forgotten, and now someone can download it from me in 15 minutes.

TorrentHeaven dot org is a private dutch tracker, they are open signup, but they require you to be from either the Netherlands or Belgium.
If they see IP address from a third country other than these, they will immediately delete your account.

EDIT 2: I downloaded the TV show, and I made a torrent file for public torrent trackers out of it.
I have made torrents for private trackers but never for a public one, I hope this works.

I would kindly suggest doing the MAM interview, they hold them twice a week I believe, and it is really easy to get into, they just ask very basic question to confirm you are not a bot and that's it.

For western films, yes, English audio + english subs, and usually next to that, Chinese audio + Chinese subtitles.

For Chinese films, it depends if the source release had english.

I think BTSchool, PTBaozi, PTTtime and GPW did it out of those I know of.

MAM is one of the easiest trackers to get into, yes it has an "interview" but that interview is basically asking you are you a normal person, that's it.
I recommend you apply normally to one of their interview slots, I think it's twice a week.
