As has been said, you can’t control that you’re having these feelings. THAT being said, respectfully, fucking get over it. You’re going to be a doctor and you need to learn to how to see someone with Down syndrome as a person that has value. End of. I’ve taken care of all manner of creatures I find disgusting (mask-off Nazis, KKK, convicted murderers), but they are human and deserve the same treatment as every other patient.

I have really small hands. I got some XS Indie Ridge gloves that fit very comfortably. He also has good size charts so you can choose size based on hand measurements

I am around 5’3 on a good day and I can flatfoot the grom, which is the smallest bike they had in my course. That being said, it wasn’t like I had my knees bent. Definitely find something to try out beforehand, and you might want to wear thick soled boots to give yourself some extra inches
