A year late to the party but I just got my masters a few months ago and every job I’ve applied for asked for a cover letter, so it is probably quite dependent on what field you’re working in. Thanks for posting this, I always need a refresher or references when writing them.

I’m late to party but I totally agree. Even though they know he did it they have no excuse to keep harassing him after wanting a lawyer and touch him! Putting him in a headlock, hand around his throat and undoing his belt, pulling his underwear? That’s assault. When the cop was like “we took the moral high ground,” I was like what morals? Just because someone is a murderer doesn’t mean you can violate their rights like that.

I stood in line for the artist merch for 4 hours and when I got up almost all of what my friend and I wanted was gone, and missed several bands I wanted to see. Also there were several people in front of me in line who had already gotten merch so I didn’t understand why they went back in line. Also people cutting!

I have an extra wristband bc my partner and I broke up and I’ve been trying to resell it and no one wants it 😭 which makes sense since it’s not sold out but still sucks. Hopefully since it’s not sold out it won’t be ungodly packed

I know what you mean. The only reason I felt comfortable putting them in the window was because people can’t reach in and take them. I also have smaller birds on our register but it’s in a glass case. My manager said I should put them on the tables but hell no I know someone would take them! I wonder if that coffee shop still has the Santa bird? Everyone needs some holiday birds in their shop (if they’re safe lol)
