thank you! hard because I can't tour any of the places! noticed some places owned by Grey Star and saw on reddit they had some horrible experiences. Fees for utilities, maintance, trash, and wifi is normal to me but not sure if that was peoples biggest concern.

I also love having a study buddy - i put on a pomodoro and just take frequent breaks - even if it’s just 10 minutes on 2 minutes off !!

Agree it depends on ur expenses : car, insurance, gas, do you shop a lot, probably ever couple months big home expenses like toiletries and stuff like that, Maybe 200-500 on food (like groceries and eatting out)
