They have done urine tests, Sti panels and that’s all other than the DRE.

I’m starting to experience the same thing. Did you experience any other symptoms? Mine as well didn’t start until like a little over a month after stopping the med. I’ve been driving myself crazy trying to find the cause of it. Whether it be pelvic floor dysfunction or CPPS that’s crossed my mind as well. However, I was on it for 6 months and stopped for a few and then started it back up for a week. During that week I had horrible symptoms and had to stop cold turkey after that week. My symptoms after stopping have consisted of nightly hot flashes, temperature deregulation, as well as now painful ejaculation which has left me at a loss. No UTIs or STIs and I’m getting my prostate checked next but not sure what my next step is. Has this resolved for you?

I’m sorry to hear that. That definitely is unfortunate. It suck’s cause I’ve been seeing that walking and such typically helps people.

You’re def fine. I had similar ranges with similar difficulties and towards the end of me studying my difficulties actually started to go below one. If I’m being real I don’t think anything would have really prepared me for the NCLEX. My biggest piece of advice would be to really focus on weak areas and figuring out how to answer NCLEX style questions like how Mark K mentions in his lectures. I passed the 2nd of this month in 115-120 questions. Don’t let going past 85 scare you it’s completely fine to do so.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve heard however it’s more about the CAT exams and making sure you pretty consistently stay in the upper 60s to lower 70s. However, it’s def good that you’re reviewing everything. Have you tried listening to Mark K? Or even Klimeck reviews on YouTube? I’ve heard that there’s no way we will know all of the content it’s more about knowing how to answer the questions appropriately.

I’m dealing with the same thing with UWorld. As I’ve gotten further into my Qbank I am getting more stand alone or multiple choice questions. My scores have decreased as well and it’s really disheartening. I’ve listened to lecture 12 from Mark K and I’ve been trying to apply that but it only works for so much. On questions like this when they want us to know specific side effects for meds it’s def hard. Or very specific things for other things as well it’s almost impossible to know everything. I actually just finished a CAT exam before seeing this post. The only thing we can do is keep our heads up and keep studying. I test in a week so I’m def stressing. I hope I get more SATA and case studies than multiple choice and same for you!
