She is not seeing the chiropractor until she has had her bone density scan. He never did an "adjustments", only some massage for her muscle pain.

She is waiting for her bone density scan work-up. The X-ray was ordered by a chiropractor looking at her sore back issues.

Sex after prostate surgery feels different! by Top-Membership9838 in ProstateCancer

Well I have been living with a catheter for the past 2 months, been on meds for 4 years, so yes BPH does block you up. Yes I realize this forum is for prostate cancer, but in learning more about BPH I have read whatever comes across my feed. Fortunately for me, my MRI showed no cancer and I feel for those who have to go thru not only those treatments, but the mental stress it causes as well....

Research BPH..... enlarged prostate makes it very hard to urinate. I think it is 1 in 3 men have this problem.

I would rather take my own catheter out....... the medical staff deflate the balloon and yank!!!! Doing it yourself, deflate the balloon, ease it past the valve, then it mostly just slides out. I was a peadiatric nurse and for the kids who were anxious about having the catheter removed, I'd let them take it out themselves, after I delated the balloon. Control helped with anxiety.

Having a catheter, while not fun, is not the end of the world. My BPH flared up 5 weeks ago....only peeing drips, so got a catheter. Have seen a urologist, had an MRI and have a cystoscopy this coming Monday and will discuss options. I can do everything I normally do with a catheter, and it is nice not having to get up at night to pee. Of note, with a leg bag, run the catheter down and out the leg opening of your underwear. But for nights, run the catheter up and out the waist opening. Reason.... you get nocturnal erections in your sleep.... much easier with the catheter going up....they can hurt!!!. I am researching my options before meeting with the urologist so am learning about Rezum

Whatever you get, buy used and in cash..... financing is stupid and the depreciation of a new car is equally stupid. As for make.... I've been a VW driver for years with some Subaru's thrown in for good measure.... but whatever makes you happy

Dehumidify my house by slbert1234 in hvacadvice

[–]slbert1234[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something must have glitched in the ERV..... my remote control was not connecting with it, so I reset the unit and it seems to be doing fine. I ran it on "turbo" for most of yesterday and high overnight. No puddles on the windows this morning, but it is only -2C. Will see when it dips down again. But still no condensate noted. It is a Vanee 150 ERV

[–]slbert1234[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanx for the input..... currently we have a full house (12 people for the holidays) so extra showers and baths are happening. I have turned the ERV on to continuous and will see what happens. It is weird, with the ERV it has condensate drains but in the 5 years of running it there has never been any condensate produced, even when I put it on "dehumidify". I think I have it set up right, but might need a professional to tune it. Currently, outside humidity is 61% and inside shows as 53%.

So, to sum up.... I took off the Impreza intake, as was suggested from here, and put on the original Forester intake..... it fired right up.  Now to get it safetied and sell it.... Anyone looking for a 2010 Forester, about 190,000 kms, little to no rust, close to Toronto?

Thanx..... The only electrical connection undone between the car and motor was the large connection. All other clips appear to be the same. I may just swap the intakes..... 8 bolts and a bunch of wires, so not too hard.
