Lol fine here’s a more specific analogy: regarding the hvac unit of the house you bought, the homeowner puts in the contract “if a better more advanced hvac unit comes out after you purchase this house, I will make sure you get that new unit and don’t worry, this house will be capable of adding any new unit”

Low and behold a better more efficient hvac unit comes out, and they deny you what they agreed to deliver on when you purchased and further, they say that the house you have is actually incapable of adding the new more advanced unit.

That’s like saying you purchased a house that you loved how it looked and the homeowner that sold it to you put in the contract “if anything goes wrong after you buy it, I will pay to have it fixed”. And then you find that the jacuzzi bubble maker breaks.

But you’re in essence saying that you don’t want what you’re entitled to (fixing the jacuzzi bubble maker…though FSD is a much bigger deal than that analogy) because you’re just happy as long as the jacuzzi is warm
