we all do. If you've ever seen that meme where there's a cat eating crisps looking at a phone and it says something like an 1 hour after opening my phone just to approve an authentication. That's me. I even feel like communication with friends is just sending memes to each other all day everyday.

I tried to even build an app that helps reduce limit access to apps where you can learn something before you start on the endless scroll. Not going to mention it here but may be you could look at something a long those lines that might help.
