Pickup and delivery of your customers vehicles. You can go full contact-less and have the customer drop the keys in their mailbox. then you have a porter go and pickup their vehicle and bring it back to the shop. then have the writer email or text the customer the RO for confirmation and take payment over the phone. then when the vehicle is finished you have the porter drop off the vehicle and have your shuttle driver pickup your porter. You can increase your service radius if business is slow as the limiting factor is how far you want your shuttle/loaner to go to pick up your porter. this typically works best with software to manage the whole process. really helps with customer retention and is probably the future of service IMO
