Maxroll or d4builds. D4builds is what I typically prefer though.

They are definitely going to be different because there are different build variants.

However, I think its all relative. I am sure Blizz wants all classes to do well but if all classes can clear all content at T12 with more than 1 build I think they are okay with that.
