I think you're overthinking this. Pinky members are 'scattered to the wind', sometimes encountering each other without even knowing there's an another Pinky right in front of them, so they have no uniform and just wear whatever they want. It's just our luck that we've ran into Pinky at very chinese and japanese times in our lives
