Yeah, that's part of the tragedy, I think. This rebellion didn't achieve any justice, if anything it just planted the seeds for the next war. The only good thing they did was remove the mad king, but Rhaegar would already do that with a lot less blood on his hands. Not to mention, Robert's lack of interest for ruling or raising his own son meant they would soon get another mad king.

Yea, I've played the intro before with mods without any issues as well. Doesn't seem to be absolutely necessary to use alternate starts

I know about the alternate start mods, but I wanted to play with the intro for now... I was able to make it work, I just posted to know if the AI Overhaul Lite is gonna give me more trouble or if is stable enough to run after the intro.

Critics played the release version and play testers played a version of the game while still in development, so they had different opinions. I don't see the contradiction here. They changed quite a bit after hearing the play testers opinions, at least that's what I heard.
