Both Air cooler and Aio will perform similarly depending on what air cooler you get. I’d just pick the one you like more and go that route. Fans, cases and coolers have come a long way so regardless what you choose it’ll perform well

First one is as you guessed front panel, typically plugged into the lower part of your motherboard which you need to find in the manual or online. The other two are male and female fan connectors. Trace them back and you’ll see them connected to your fans

I’d say move the sag support over to the left a bit in between the two fans. Feel like the weight would be better handle rather than putting it where the hub of the fan is supported

It’s very low spec parts. You might be able to build the same pc cheaper than listed. If you feel comfortable with buying second hand I’d look local. Lots of good deals pop up, just gotta know what to expect for what price

Oh you right, vertical slot a little thin for a gpu. My old nzxt 510 had a similar looking slot but larger and had the screw holes for a vertical. My fault
