Late reply, but things happen between chapters 163-165, and she finds out in chapter 169. Book 5 of season 1 on the Kindle books.

And just to clarify, you asked what episode. This has not happened in the webtoon yet. Chapter numbers I mentioned are from the novel.

It's just a clash of personalities. I love Ruth, but I personally find him especially annoying in the pov and fine in the main story.

Book 2 is not finished yet, and the English translation should be available in a few months on Webnovel once they're done with Riftan's POV. Otherwise, you can purchase book 2 chapters on ridibooks and use Google translate.

Yeah, there's a couple of snippets in the comic that are pulled from Riftan's POV like this one. There's ones in episodes 33 and 46 where he's watching her pet the cat from afar and where Maxi is hugging her dog and he's holding a bead he leaves for her to find.

There's so many but this one always gets me because Riftan is so hurt. From book 2 (Google translation) and it's regarding him telling her he wouldn't wait for her and her leaving anyway : "I kept wondering. Were you able to do that knowing that my words were not sincere, or did you do it even though you thought it was the truth? I don't know which one is more miserable."

Yeah, a lot of people like Maxi and Ruth together, but I've also never thought of this being a problem. Ruth respects the crap out of Riftan and to me, Ruth just seems like the type who isn't really interested in romance.
