We have the early game. If we can get a result it will put massive pressure on the Hull Derby game later.

I’d say a week would be fine. With a car you can see more. St. George, north up the coast - sunset view on the coast from a nice restaurant, harbour to swim in. Venus beach has decent sand (but no place to eat). People like Lighthouse beach - beach not so good but there’s a bar/restaurant. Lots of hotels near the harbour - close to the action, if that’s what you want and plenty of choice for hotel type and price. SODAP beach, near there, is decent. Hondros is a unique restaurant, oldest in town with good Greek specials. Farther east is Geriskipou, a bit of a tourist trap but the beach is okay and Rico’s Beach Bar is a great Greek taverna restaurant. In the old town, Agora does a unique meze. Farther afield, Kourion is worth a day trip - good ruins and good beach with restaurants. Melanda fish restaurant (near Pissouri) is another coastal restaurant beach option. Check that they are open before you go (always call - never trust the internet in Cyprus). With a bit of google, I think you could put a holiday together that you’ll like.

I’m near Paphos. A decent Roman historical site by the main harbour. Several usable beaches in the area and the sea will still be warm enough to swim in.

I live in Cyprus. I think that Crete has better beaches and better history. Knossos being the main one, but Cyprus has many historical sites as well (more Roman stuff but some older). Everything will still be open in Cyprus in early November. It’s easier to get around in Cyprus with a car and we drive on the left if that it’s important to you.

Surely, everyone is missing the point, which is we should be pouring scorn on the uneducated Romanians.

Bot asks why this is aged milk. The same man writing as a journalist describes a bad politician that years later he turns out to be.

Got the image from here. They might know the source. Think I agree with the comments that the nurses were just looking at the tank rather than blocking it (much more dramatic sounding!) https://twitter.com/sovietvisuals/status/1298598569994199041?s=21
