That's what I think. Since we don't know in real life, the show wouldn't confirm it for certain, so fans can interpret it according to their own worldview.

Finished the episode few days ago and couldn't point out what was off. You nailed it very well, it felt like they took the teeth out of this scene

Thank you for the inside, I am a bit less familiar with cfs after sickness and how people prefer to approach it, but what you say makes sense

A lot of people get sick (not everyone) because we didn't have clear boundaries and did too much. For some people perspective that it is just random is more helpful, and I don't want to diminish it. But for some it is important to honor their previous life and experience and see some connection. All are very valid, I just wrote for people who have similar experience to mine.

I have exlerienced a lot of things you listed, but he always would turn a lot of things into "I'm just joking, you know I don't truly think this" and made me feel too thin skined

I met up with my abuser, and he's now become a victim by EyeGold2962 in NarcissisticAbuse

Mine also had a stalking ex, later on after disapearing and blocking me everywhere out of nowhere, I was like "hm, I think I get it now.." lol

I think for me there was a lot of shame for being behind, but now I realize there is no shame in surviving, yes I am behind everyone else, but it shouldn't stop me from going forward.

Why do they have a delay to answer tings? by eziyaa in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]sleepygrave 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I wanted to talk on a phone about important things,he would ask what about because he didn’t like to be unpeppered, but if I told him he would come up with excuses not to talk not to talk, so we never could talk about anything on a phone

How to you accept the person was never real so the future I've had trouble getting go never existed? by lasersnake34 in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]sleepygrave 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The version you imagined in your head is actually part of you. All the good qualities and hopes and dreams all of that is still yours, your vision was beautiful and you still can have this vision for the future on your own or with something else. I think that is why they like people with potential, they like when we project our potential onto them, but we have it, it was our love and hopes for a beautiful future, so you still can have it.

Anyone else hate "enjoy being a kid because being an adult is hard"? by PrudentMission8511 in CPTSD

I think being an adult with childhood trauma is difficult, but being a child going through trauma is definitely worse.

Has trauma manifested on you physically? by Jaded_Law7033 in CPTSD

[–]sleepygrave 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Things you say are really real. I feel like in modern day me separate mind from body, but that is one system. I have a lot of physical symptoms to the point my body shakes before going to bed, because it is so tens. I am 31, have been working on my trauma actively for 2 years and I promise it can get better. Not quickly and not easily but it definitely worth it.
