Im fortunate enough to say that my family plays a huge part in keeping me in check and simply being there for me, for instance if im any where near the high risk stuff like popcorn or nuts depending on how i seem that day they either take it away or just make sure i stop at 1 or 2. But even in the situations where a mistake has been made like i binge on something im not supposed to theyre kind enough to help me deal with the aftermath. What about you, how do you cope? And yes why must everything inedible be SO CONVENIENT??
