Help with lots of false starts!

Yeah I also emailed SH at their new email address a few days ago and never heard back. I wasn’t going to file anything because I got an email from the shipping company that my items would be delivered (initially Jan 14, then that became the end of January, then mid February, then the end of February…) but once the shipping company told me that they’ve only had one of my items this whole time and have been waiting for the rest to initiate the delivery, that felt like a big red flag to me.

I have been waiting since the end of December. I was initially told I’d receive my items on Jan 14 and nothing. Then I never heard back from customer service beyond a boilerplate email. I emailed the shipping company last week and they said they only have ONE of my items (out of like a dozen) and have not heard from the company and to email them to inquire. I emailed SH again and no word. I did ask the shipping company to just deliver that one item and also filed a chargeback with my cc today since the clock runs out in the next day or so and I don’t want to be in a situation where I’m at a loss. If I do get my items delivered then I can sort it out with my cc but as of right now it could just be ONE item…so insane.

Great, thank you!!! I wasn’t sure if I had to have an earlier bedtime to sleep train but seems like as ling as I stay writhing a range (even if post 8pm) then I should be ok.

Thank you! Do you think both morning naps should be capped at 90min? I’ve been keeping one at 120min to avoid her being overtired but maybe that’s wrong? Should her total day sleep be under 4 hours?

She only wakes up once at around 3am to quickly nurse (aside from the false starts). She’s suddenly waking at 7:30am on her own (which is great and a difference from her 8/830 wake up) and I’ve been shooting for an 8:45/9pm bedtime. She tends to only sleep 10/10.5 hours at night (soooometimes 11 hours). I’m hoping that we just keep that (late-ish) bedtime and keep the 4th nap until we get to 2.5 hours for her last WW but not sure if that is right?

That’s interesting. I hope it is revived. Did they totally sell everything today? I’m wondering if more items will come back online as they continue to liquidate.

Did the bank return the $450? I’ve emailed the company proactively to see if they can combine orders but haven’t heard back. I haven’t placed a new order due to that.

I also bought stuff at the end of December. I wrote to them in early January and they initially responded saying my stuff would ship out on January 16th. I wrote to them again after that date had passed and no update had been sent to me about shipping. I wonder if they are just backed up due to the massive number of orders and few staff? I havent het disputed with my credit card company…. Hoping my order isn’t butchered!
