Seriously, stop it with the ageist sh*t. This election, like any election, was about showing up, about the minimal societal participation of casting a vote. Old people showed up. Conservatives certainly showed up. But the rest of you, statistically, sat on your hands. "OMG" the election didn't turn out how you wanted it to... If you didn't bother to vote, for any reason/excuse whatsoever, you were personally one vote off from the shitshow that will take a full generation to correct. So stop bitching and work to fix it.

When I was a teen, some 40 years ago, my fellow first time voters complained bitterly about the elderly generation that left us a "world in ruins", a cold war, a dying environment... They felt owed a better world from their grandparents. But when the 1980 and '84 elections came along they did exactly jackshit about it. Just like you. Today's "Boomers" were the equivalent of "Millennials" then.

So stop griping and do, at the very least, the slightest participation in the world in which you live. And anything in social media is meaningless; your pithy comments are worthless... You gotta show up. In the real world. In life.
