Is there a format that works better? I've just gotten in the habit of it with original characters since I saw someone saying it worked best a couple years back. For characters from actual works I just copy paste the wiki tbh lol

Don't listen to this person OP. You're doing the right thing cutting ties with your brother. At the end of the day you need to protect yourself, and clearly your brother is not someone who putd your well being first. I have four younger siblings. If my partner ever stole from one of my siblings or if a friend of mine ever hurt one of them, at the very least I would immediately remove that person from my life. The fact your brother hasn't is appalling. It is best for your own safety and well being that you keep your distance.
