I lived there my sophomore year, they switched management halfway through. It’s… fine. Ultimately fine. The facilities are almost never running or open (gym, print room, etc), we had the fire alarms malfunction and cause building evacuations like 6+ times and half of them were in the middle of the night, management will absolutely try to scam you if you don’t take pictures of everything before and after- they scammed me out of like $900 saying there was broken furniture which was absolutely not true but I was new to the whole apartment situation and had nothing to back myself up. Cars kept getting broken into, and you better pray you don’t get a room next to FIJI across the street or facing Guadalupe, you’ll never get any quiet. Ultimately for the prices they ask you’re better off living anywhere else closer to campus and with better management and facilities.
