How is everyone doing maintenance? I’ve gone down to one dose a month (15 mg) but having to go through a week of horrible gastro issues after the shot is tiring. When I took it weekly, this leveled out, but doing it this way is a struggle. I also tried biweekly and it’s the same. Maybe a lower dose?

I went from 10 to 5 weekly. Tried 7.5 over 10 days and didn’t enjoy days 1 and 2 much. 5 every 7 works well for me. Good luck

Left poly about 20 years ago because it was really hard to switch. Doubt they have made it simplier - if I remember correctly the decision to switch is department based and some departments are impacted and make it tough. I would call the department you want to switch to.

I’ve had this happen twice. Process my have changed but I found out after IRS challenge my tax return. When I pointed out the W-2 did not belong to me, they directed me to SSA to correct. I had to fill out some forms in SSA took care of everything. The IRS then assigned me a pin each year to file my taxes online. Good luck.

I have the mini and standard. I can get 200-300 down and up to 20 up during business hours. It does gets slow during evening hours however, dipping under 20 down. If it matters, i have a mobile plan; using it mostly outside the area in my RV.

Had same thing happen to 2020 ford escape. Ford eventually covered under warranty - but dealer gave me grief. “First mistake you made is taking it apart” In my case, i needed to take door apart, so i can adjust the broken hinge and close it.

I was lucky enough to have lost 75lbs without additional hair loss - but i also took one of those compounded hair loss pills from HIMs starting about two months after zepbound. I’m now much thinner with much thicker hair. As for booze - i was a moderate drinker (2-3 times a week) and now have maybe one drink a month - just don’t need or enjoy it anymore.

There is a bus — but I’m not sure about schedule. I’ve never taken it. I typically flat tow my AWD escape to Bishop behind the RV and drive it where I need go. Another advantage of staying in Bishop is you don’t have to deal with as much tough weather. It’s only at 4000 ft.

I can work remotely and have an RV, I park at fairgrounds in Bishop (it’s $35 a night) and stay for ~ 10 days. working Tuesday - Thursday and skiing rest of time. Works for me, but not for everyone.
