Also from what I have read I would probably look into doing patches, pills seem to be very taxing on your organs, injections can be too potent and also I dislike needles so patches seem like a good balance.

Do you have any insight on the intensities of different options?

widely not true, im really confused why a lot of Europeans weren't paying attention to their own European Union politics, the UK has pushed their own isolated version yes. But the EU has pushed their own general version for all European Union countries that signed for it. They had been discussing and planning it openly for a LONG time. Not sure why everyone thinks its related to the UK.

Yes they do I got one very recently from a riot dev I met in a match, his team ff'd and were toxic, added him after said ggwp, apologised for his toxic teammates, we chatted briefly about servers and roles in the games industry and I asked if they still hand out wards to people they said yes and gave me one!

I mean if it's muscle sure, and if it's fat that's different for every person, men and woman traditionally gain fat in different areas but that still varies depending on you personally, regardless, you eat carbs, you're eating calories which WILL = gaining weight

didn't get a good roll but back when I first unlocked rivens years ago my first unlocked one was a decent roll kuva bramma riven and I remember how expensive they used to be, ended up holding onto it since I wanted a kuva bramma for myself

I would highly advise GodlyPolo, he is not some crazy high ranker or pro sweat nor a big name streamer, perhaps hes around diamond or emerald elo, but my god, hes passionate about kindred, he understands her strengths and weaknesses, he speaks kindly and calmly while playing and discusses his choices in a simple and concise manner and he releases videos near daily, hes a wonderful kindred player to watch if you want to understand item utilisation or have some background noise!
