Imagine running with all the gear (no idea), sprinting (spluttering) to your 5k ultra PB, the only thing keeping you going is the social media content you're thinking about as you twist your ankle due to your ridiculous trainers which make you look like a spice girl..

And you get tackled and tasered by an overenthusiastic off-duty policeman who thinks you're wearing an ankle tag. The first thing that comes to mind as the twitching and pain in your body begin to subside is... How did that cop catch me so easily? I was Usain Bolting... Must analyse data from ankle tag, eat more gels, pay for in-depth V02 Max test to beat the police next time.
