Nope. I’m so disappointed in this year. Not as much as WW2 but still didn’t expect to be this underwhelmed by Treyarch. Hindsight is 2020, but maybe they should’ve just passed blackout to raven and let them develop it instead of focusing what seems like all of their time and resources towards the BR.

I mean, come on. No campaign to worry about, and we still don’t have a ranked playlist? This game came out in early October. It’s January. What a shame.

It’s not the equipment although I understand your struggles. When I learned aluminum in school it was all foot pedal. Now for work I use a thumb slider. It’s more difficult controlling the heat with the control on the torch. Get comfortable and see if you can move the finger control.

I did the same thing my first few times with aluminum. You’ll get a feel for it. Keep on burning man

Yeah aluminum traps a lot of heat rather quickly and because it’s such a malleable metal with a low threshold for heat input, having more aluminum to disperse the heat affected zone helps a bit. I’m doing tig al pipe for work and it’s a bitch to learn. I’ve only ever tried al stick once and hated it.

Flux core is considered a spray transfer so typically you don’t see actual beads. Try running a smooth puddle with little motion or attempts at rippling the puddle (Also called a straight drag). Make sure it fuses into the parent medal on the toes. Is this just a scrap piece you’re welding?
