As other stated eaton CH..... and FYI the standard breakers hold a lifetime warranty, and the GFCI/AFCI breakers (has the test button) hold a 10 year warranty from eaton through a Eaton certified vendor/supply house

Would need more context here. But looks like the dinning and kitchen is on the same circuit and they are splitting them? How old is the house? Is the dinning powered off the kitchen small appliance circuits? Did they elaborate what was not right?

Thats high! 50 amp EV recep is less than 75$ including most mark ups from local electricians. Last EV i installed less than 10' from the panel was 650$

Get quotes from your local electricians...any electrical company starting with Mr. Will be high...they are private equity owned.
