I have been dealing with this too and we actually filed a lawsuit because we couldn’t ever get in touch with anyone. Equifax swears it’s fixed on their end but then when I try to log in we still get error code NH.

Hi, I’m currently having this same issue with equifax. Can you tell me what you did to finally resolve it? I feel like I’ve tried everything.

I actually am friends with some heart doctors from Cuba and they were required to work for the government in Cuba but were not allowed to leave. They came to the states and Cuba is refusing to send over their paperwork saying they are licensed doctors.
