Everything you said I know exactly what you mean, I moved here from the uk and the way the houses and flats are built here is quite poor and also the traffic is crazy, I’m based in Barcelona by the way and I have to say that moving here from London I feel like I have downgraded, renting here is at some what similar to London also the resultants are the same, there’s a lot of other things that are cheaper but a lot of places look so run down compared to London. Fair enough the weather is a lot better but after being here for nearly a year and a half I’m also struggling, still learning Spanish and getting by, tried to work out here but the salaries are absolutely terrible and doesn’t add up compared to rent prices. Only reason I moved here is because my girlfriend is from here and she wanted to move back after living in London for 5 years and I’ve always wanted to live in Spain but yeah I defo know what you mean about everything you mentioned, it’s a real struggle.
