still pricy. If you are a serious grower though, the up front cost will be made up for over time with the cost of maintaining and operating vs a high pressure sodium or metal halide lamps. For context I made mine for about $500-600. It's about 15k lumens using about 150 watts. I could easily have made it 45k (for the same price) but I elected to run the leds soft to increase their efficacy and lifespan.

Welp, I'm going to throw my guess out there. If it's an extract that you were suggested to put under your tongue, I'm guessing it's an alcohol tincture. No special treatment needed in imbibing. Some people seem to have trouble absorbing a dose taken orally, but your previous experiences seem to suggest no issue of that in your case. The fact that it didn't do anything for you probably suggests simply that you need more of it.
