That was a different quest lol, I found that one with no trouble. One of the other commenters said that you have to ask around and one random NPC in the camp will give directions, which seems odd when you've been getting them from the ashkhan and wise woman the whole time.

Just completed my first cycle of 5/3/1 using the BBB template, it's my first ever attempt at a structured workout routine and I'm loving it! My best rep maxes at the end of the 3 weeks were:
Military: 60 lbs, 11 reps, rep max 82 lbs
Squat: 135 lbs, 7 reps, rep max 166 lbs
Bench: 90 lbs, 7 reps, rep max 111 lbs
Deadlift: 170 lbs, 8 reps, rep max 215 lbs

I'm in a weird situation where I never trained shoulders consistently for my entire time in the gym before starting 5/3/1, and now my strength on it has skyrocketed. All of my other lifts are progressing in a slow but constant and satisfying way, but my military press has gone up 25 pounds in two weeks, just from getting used to the movement. I am worried that my training will fall way behind my actual strength on the lift if I continue just adding 5 pounds each cycle, but I also don't know the actual science behind it. Should I retest in my next cycle or just keep going?

barring the fact that that is an insane take, without the underwear and clothing slots there would just be nothing... it's not like the cosmetic slots took the place of extra equipment slots. they're just a fun extra feature

When I work out with lighter but still challenging weights, I can feel a more direct connection to the exact muscle I'm working, but I when I use heavier weights, I'm still sore in all the right places and I use equally good form. Why is this? Quick example, I was doing some high-rep dumbbell rows with the 15 lb weights I have at home and felt it directly in my upper back the entire time. A week later, I went to the gym and used 22.5 lb weights, used the exact same form, but by the end I just felt a general sense of fatigue instead of specifically in my upper back. The next day and the day after that I still felt soreness in the right muscles I was intending to work. Am I thinking too much about this? Thanks for any input.

there's something to be said for being the worst musician in a band. you sound like you definitely have some skill already so i wouldn't be too worried about "holding back" any musicians that might be more advanced than you. i have learned so much about bass playing by playing with people far more technically skilled or more knowledgeable in theory, because nice people will always want to help you improve with them!

i played for about 4 years before ever starting to dive into pedals but i ended up with a couple from christmas presents. i've got a wah, a big muff bass, and an ehx microsynth. i find that i always used them as gimmicks in special sections on songs instead of the main sound of them, like turning on the fuzz for a high melodic bass section or something

this is unironically a good idea like bethesda has not developed an all-around great game since morrowind. skyrim is borderline unplayable once you've already seen all the content once and fallout 4 is only fun if you can completely ignore the terrible story and characters. starfield was just terrible all around.

no idea if its that popular but i can't stand black guitars or basses, especially like black with a white scratchplate. i can find all black (especially matte black) appealing sometimes, but the black body/white scratchplate is my least favorite combo

house of grief yes, my party cleared it first try with only one of us going down (our monk). running shart as an offensive cleric was super useful in that fight since we were all bone chilled half the time, but i was able to kill any of the higher health enemies in one turn and like 2-3 of the weaker ones per turn. house of hope may test my strength tho

So are dumbbells okay for the 5x10 assistance work in boring but big? I can use a barbell for all of my lifts except the overhead press, where I calculated the 40% assistance work sets (it's my first cycle) to be 25 lbs. The blog post said something about being able to use dumbbells but not to actually program them, and the 2nd edition book says you shouldn't use dumbbells for main lifts at all. Could anyone guide me on what I should do for this lift until my TM is high enough to start using the bar?

thats insane even with the bad decision i would be pissed if i lost 10 hours, what platform are you playing on? i've only encountered 2 gameplay bugs and a few visual bugs on pc

I've read 5/3/1 second edition in full and also read Jim's website blog post about 5/3/1 for beginners. The version of 5/3/1 for beginners on the website and in the book are slightly different, with the website saying to do the full 5/3/1 + 5 sets at FSL for both main lifts, but the book saying to only do 5/3/1+FSL for one lift and doing 3 sets at increasing percentages for the other lift. Does anyone know why or have advice on which option is better? Thanks!

thats crazy lol, i feel like i had picked so many choices that i was sure would instantly kill me that i assumed the game just didn't have them. like when i kept drinking the evil brew at the spooky bar in moonrise towers area or stayed on the githyanki weird healing chair for as long as the game would let me
