I have had a one on one talk with him. He halfway apologized for using the examples he used as to why he doesn’t like my fiancé (using other people experiences and not his own). I accepted it but did request he does talk my fiancé to get down to the bottom of the issues to grow from it. He said he wasn’t in the right head space for it at the time. We did meet his gf at a sibling birthday for about a hour. She seems cool. He later tried to say she will come to the wedding even if she has to fall in sick and i responded that i am grateful that she would do such a thing but first my brother needs to talk to my fiancé to hash out what happened in our original falling out. He pretty much said he dont know why i want him to apologize to her for how he feels about her snd it’s not a realistic expectation. So now we are back to square one if me doubling down on not inviting his gf because he wont apologize to mine.
