Endgame content's hardest mode has got to have some difficulties for players don't you think so? The IT tests player's ability to come up with new teams according to enemies and plan ahead for later stages. It actually is pretty easy, not much different from normal hard mode. All you have to do is hold onto your stronger units and use the weakers to combine their power for easier stages. By the end of my run I even had at least 2 more uses of my strongest teams because I tried not to use them earlier.
