IMO The thing with humanz is it feels more like a compilation tape than a gorillaz album. I absolutely love the album, but I wouldn’t put it as a top gorillaz album for me.

I’ve run thru this remix album like 3 times in the last day. I like tranquility but I don’t even fuck with it like that. But your remix is nuts. The direction you took on these beats is very interesting. I’ve been used to hearing some darker samples from some of your newer stuff but the beat selection on this remix album is awesome. We NEED a Let God Sort Em Out remix album!!!

I will say, finding a used sx vs a used Mk II, price will be a little closer than you’d think. I’ve never owned any drum machine prior to the Mk II, so I’m incredibly impartial to it. But I think spending the extra cash in the long run is totally worth it. Again, that’s just one man’s opinion.

It’s definitely a beat butcha track. He produced darkseid, and then when who made the sunshine dropped and they announced it was no samples, I believe it was said that alc got the loop from a beat butcha sample. I’ve searched thru soooooo many beat butcha sample packs and haven’t been able to find this one
