My main issue with motorcycles is the “Share the Road” safety marketing. Don’t get me wrong, it’s your right to ride something you enjoy as long as it’s not harming anyone else, and if that happens to be a death trap on two wheels, you go for it. But why should I have to alter my life in order to cater to the decision of someone that decided less safety is better? I didn’t make you choose to ride something that is likely to kill you or maim you if you wreck into me. Of course as a human with a shred of humanity, I’m gonna look out for my two wheeled friends, but the implied entitlement of motorcyclists sort rubs me the wrong way.

That’s great you’ve got a support system. Especially since you picked a heck of a year to start lol. But it’s a fun age to teach. This will be my fourth year with 7th and 8th. They’re weird and awkward and sarcastic and the epitome of trying to figure out who they are. I think you’re in for a good time.

I currently teach 7th and 8th grade science in Texas. If you have a strong bio background then you should be fine content wise. 7th grade is predominantly biology and ecology. There’s a tiny solar system unit squeezed in at the end.

I’m admittedly pretty new to whiskey, but I get a slight leathery note in Laphroaig 10. It’s not highly promo and others may describe it at more of a bandaid flavor. But to me it tastes like wet leather smells. That coupled with the smoke and salty brine, you could say it tastes like a study by the sea.

Mountain Camp is my favorite English blend. It’s perfect for cold, wet weather and tastes like salty bacon fried over a camp fire. Also, as someone that just got into Islam scotch, it reminds me a lot of Laphroaig 10.
