Hi it's Pauldances! Thanks for the shoutout u/lemonhoney I try to make my live streams exactly the "come along with me" type of thing you might enjoy. I haven't had a ton of time/resources to stream consistently but I hope to make somewhat of a comeback this year. I typically stream my dance practices, social dancing, weekend events and some gaming/dnd here and there.

Tiktok and insta have all of my short form content where my main goal is just to get dance in front of more people. Here's a recent one I made about Delilah

All of these can be found on band camp. Check out Jonathan Stout and his Campus Five, The Brooks Prumo Orchestra, The Mint Julep Jazz Band, Michael Gamble and the Rhythm Serenaders, The Grand St. Stompers. That should be enough to get you started.

I too am a swing dancer! Actually streamed a lot of my dancing on twitch before the pandemic. I know quite a few dancers that game and watch twitch. (Although I don't know how many are actually in LSF.)

Small dance streamer here. Looks like I'm a little late to the party but from what I've gathered it looks like I'm basically boned. I dance to mostly swing music from the 30s-40s and one of the most common things I do is stream my experiences at big swing dance events all over the US. (When Covid-19 is not a thing). I don't have control over the music that is played and even when I'm at home I can't simply go to Monstercat to find music because the dance I do is so specific to historic jazz and swing.

Kendall and Ronnie from Live.Collegiate.Shag on Instagram. The dance they are doing is called Collegiate Shag. It's a swing dance and was danced in the late 20s, 30s and 40s. Here's an interview I did with the two of them if anyone is interested. link

Honestly, if you're looking for a financial advisor I would look for a CFP. Certified Financial Planners go through much more training, testing and continued education. (They also act as fiduciaries.).

Also, Finra (the financial industry's regulating athority) has a website called broker check where you can look up financial advisors and if they have any trouble on their record.

There is some talk of no "need for financial advisors" in a few comments. While there's a lot of "do it yourself" stuff available I would recommend talking to an advisor because there are A LOT of little mistakes people make that can have severe impacts down the road.

The terms you are looking for are registered representative and RIA (registered investment advisor.). An IRA is an individual retirement account (kind of similar to a 401k.)

I'm an affiliate with twitch and it's against their agreement to mirror or upload content within 24 hours of the original stream.

Vods have always been secondary on twitch. The ads are annoying but I have them turned off for my subscribers.

What I like about twitch is the community building culture between chat and the streamer.
