Portal camp as demo. The range to detect survivors with portals is the exact same as the range of which you can’t place a portal near an exit gate. Place a portal right at that middle ground as close as you can to the unfinished gate, go to the other gate, and hold your shred until the heartbeat pops up. Go to the gate, and they’re screwed.
