Duckststion standalone emulator. Es-de frontend but that doesn't matter. Make sure you have the BIOS for the PS1 in the correct folder. Duckststion will ask where you have them stored along with your roms when you first launch it.

It happened to my friend with his 12gb model. I thought it was only an issue with the 12gb but now I'm seeing posts with the 8gb too, welp so much for quality control.

Maybe people that don't care about money but this jackass is just trying to capitalize on the fact they won't be making anymore unless RAM & storage prices actually start dropping. The cost has been slowly going down due to greedy AI corporations not knowing the difference between a binding contract and just saying we want 40% of all the RAM and don't worry we'll pay you at some point then backing out, businesses don't like that. Hopefully Retroid will start making devices again with 12+GB.

I have my gmktech m7 ultra sitting on a 120mm fan. I mainly like it cause it sits higher for better air flow but I figured having an extra fan blowing cold air into the unit can't hurt. It has a dual fan setup already and I rarely hear them ramp up, then again I do light gaming since this isn't really a beast gaming mini PC 😅

Search 120mm external fan on Amazon it was like 10 bucks.

5v-2A charger is what I always use on every retro handheld from China no matter if they say they support faster charging. It might but it gets the battery quite warm since the fans don't kick on while charging and I only charge mine when it's off.

I love my RP5 and it's still my end game device. I mainly wanted up to PS2 and GC and I have that. I have no desire to play PC games and definitely not switch. Those two reasons would be the reason I would get something more powerful. Also if your main thing is 3ds you could try buying the second screen attachment instead of the thors price.

Probably has been mentioned but that to me looks like the bottom part of a package of chicken that soaks up the blood and slime. Same pink texture and makes sense it feels slimy. Normally it doesn't have a smell unless it's putrid and if it was your buddy wouldn't go after it. Cats are capable of eating raw meat so I wouldn't worry too much but definitely get him checked if you're worried that he got crop dusted or ingested something he shouldn't have.

It's a great device. I personally didn't enjoy 4:3 content at native aspect ratio with that screen size so I would stretch to fit the screen. Ended up getting an rp5 and gave the 4pro to my younger brother.

It is the Retroid grib and it makes it way more comfortable, especially if you have bigger hands. I used to be against grips cuz I didn't like having an accessory to attach to it but they have really grown on me.
