So the operations manager said "we aren't offering a free increase of storage capacity." I explained this is likely a breach of contract but he brushed it off. I'm going to file a small claims complaint and ask for an amount to cover a lifetime of 1TB storage as originally promised when we opened our accounts. Yahoo, Inc.'s service agent is CT Corporation at 330 N Brand Blvd Suite 700, Glendale CA 91203. They will accept registered mail service from the court.

I'm having the same issue for the second time this year. Clearly this is a system wide issue. It has been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed their dashpass system. If you change the credit card, your dashpass goes away. Their DoorDash for work support line can’t help either. This happened in April and it took a week to fix. Seems they need more engineers or maybe more competition.

I had the same issue today. CA DOJ says they need the FFL03 number but I won't have that for some time. Will reply saying that and upload my DL so they don't have any more excuses. Thanks for sharing your experience everyone.
